Cancellation Policy

Please review before booking your appointment.
💳 Deposit: Non-refundable. Goes toward your total.
🔁 Rescheduling: You may reschedule once and keep your deposit.
🚫 Cancellations: Same-day cancellations = 50% fee.
❌ No-Call/No-Show: 100% charge. Two no-shows = blocked from rebooking.
⏱️ Late Policy: 10-minute grace period. If you are extremely late and would like to still be seen that day, a $25 squeeze-in fee applies (based on schedule).
💸 Payments: Fees are charged to the card on file or added to your next visit.
✨ Please be aware when paying with credit or debit there is a 3.5% processing fee. If paying with m after pay affirm or klarna there is a processing fee as well a 6% payment plan surcharge.
